Payment Options
We want to provide the best shopping experience to you. Therefore we offer as many payment options as possible and you can choose the most convenient way to buy from us.
Credit Card and PayPal
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal for online payment which provides you with one-stop purchase experience. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will redirected to the bank's website to fill out your credit card information under SSL encryption. Chopsticks does not collect and store any of your credit card data. Once the transaction is made successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. We shall arrange the delivery according to the schedule listed below.
Cash on Delivery
You may settle the payment by Cash On Delivery (COD). When you check out the shopping cart, select COD as payment option. We shall arrange the delivery according to the schedule listed below.
Bank Transfer
If you are going to settle the payment by transferring to our bank accounts, we shall arrange the delivery only after the payment is received. Please either email or fax the bank slip with your Order ID to us. If we do not receive the bank slip from you in 5 working days, the order will be canceled. In any case, you should see the confirmation of purchase with a unique order ID on the web page when you finished the purchase and receive confirmation email from us. If you do not receive the email, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Service
Free delivery is offered for purchase of HK$800 or above. $80 delivery charge will be added for purchase under HK$800. Delivery will be arranged within 3 working days upon order confirmation.
We currently do not deliver to Tung Chung, Ma Wan and outlying island.
We do not delivery on Sunday and public holidays. In the event of typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning signals, the delivery service will be re-arranged.
Delivery Time
You may choose your preferred delivery period when you check out. There are 2 time slots for you to choose from: 9:00am-- 1:00pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm . You can have multiples selection. We shall contact you for making exact delivery appointment.
Overseas Delivery
Delivery cost will be charged by weight. COD payment option does not offer to oversea customers. Customers are responsible for all the shipment cost and any cost incurred from import tax and custom duties.
Sign for acknowledgement of receipt
Goods must be signed for at the delivery address.
If there are errors or shortages, please contact Chopsticks immediately or not later than 2 working days after the delivery.
We shall contact you by phone before delivery to confirm your availability. You may change delivery schedule or period by talking to our representative. However if no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery when the delivery arrives, an alternative delivery time will be arranged. A re-delivery fee $150 will be charged.
Delivery Packing
Unless specify delivery bag is needed, we shall not provide a bag for your purchased products. Please put a remark on the comment field when checking out the shopping cart if you require a bag.
Guarantee, Return and Refund
Customers are covered by our quality guarantee on every product. Should you not be satisfied, please contact Chopsticks for further arrangement.
If you want to return, replace or refund any item, you should contact us in 2 working days upon receipt of the good. You should keep the order ID or receipt and keep the item in original package and in good condition. We do not accept return and refund if the item is damaged after acknowledgment of receipt (except due to manufacturing faults) or the packing is opened. Any refunds for unwanted substitutions or returned items will be made after the goods have been returned. The customer is require d to pay for the delivery charges (if any) and bank charges incurred (if any). Refund shall always be done through the same payment method as the original purchase. If your purchase is paid by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card as the original purchase.
