The Rich Year farm produces organic Agaricus blazei, which are uncontaminated by heavy metals and safe to consume.

Agaricus blazei is originated in the suburb of Sao Paolo, Brasilia. The reason for it fascinating the world is that it contains abundant polysaccharides, including β-glucans. They strengthen the immunity of the white blood cells such as natural killer cells (NK cells) and macrophages, and in turn enhance the immune system, prevent the growth of tumour and sooth the side effects of chemotherapy. The Agaricus blazei can induce the production of interferons that suppress the proliferation of viruses and resist their invasion to the body. They can also prevent the diseases caused by various viral infections.

Apart from enhancing the immune system, research findings showed that the Agaricus blazei can maintain the health of body cells, and reduce blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol.
